I feel that a start to trying to help them to overcome the temptation to succumb to this evil, would be to encourage them to become involved in positive activities like sport, community projects, social clubs, and community outreach programs.A good idea would also be to find amongst their peers volunteers who could assist them with their school/homework as many parents are too caught up in their careers or unfortunately not qualified enough to cope with the complexity of their subjects.
I would start by approaching the schools in the area to allow me to address the students in order to access the "leaders "amongst them in order to have a core of enthusiastic helpers to get this project off the ground. Great things can be achieved from small beginnings.
