I started at Rlabs in 20112. My time so far has been awesome.
I did Events Management and Entrepeneurship last year. It was
an awesome journey. Two months ago i started Introduction to
Social Media.

The day I met my soulmate <3
On the morning January 4th 2011 i met the most amazing person,(Mischke Davids)
It all started with a phonecall from a close friend offering to take her to the beach.however that never happend,he claimed his cousin broke hes arm and we were caught up at hospital for the entire day. LIES!!!!!
Later that day he called me and told me we need to apologise as they waited the entire day.
I then got into my car and drove off to the dusty streets of Bridgetown and was greeted by her father and his friend.I then followed my friend into the house and there she was :-) sitting on the sofa,dressed in pink shorts,white tank top and a phaaat pimple....
To cut a very long story short.....we fell inlove and two years later she still works on my nerves lol

i am neil september with a passion working as a vechile bodybuilder, boilermaker, pipe fitter. alway want to help people of disatvantage to learn the trade . especailly young people .
these are people who has nothing behind there name and feel so .
but in themselves they got hidden talent and is gifted with there hands.
thats why i am earger to help them.
in the pass i use to train my asistant the art of boilermaking and pipe fitting and surprisingly
they learn very fast .
given the oppertunity would like to work with these people giving them change in life to become
something in life .
it is hard for these people to get a job see that havent got matric.
our country hve ashortage of artisans and training these people the trade would help to cut the
unemployment rate. doesnt matter there colour creete or sex.
it is important catere for them too and for the disability people.

Never stop smiling
We as humans take the little things in life for granted,one being able to smile.
Ever thought about how a smile could uplift someones mood or even change their entire day,especially your own?-well this is the reality of it and yet we choose to take this for granted and not appreciate, nor embrace the gorgeous smiles we have been blessed with.
So regardless of what you enduring in your daily life, take a minute to impact someones day by simply greeting or wearing a smile upon your face.

Criminal Records
Hi, my name is Jo-lene Moses i was very sad today. I'm helping out at the Labour Department for the unemployed in order to help our group at our Resource Centre. And I'm amazed how many people have fear of what they have on record. I always Thoth that is the people on drugs that is a disturbance or destroying our train lines and stealing our globes.I found out today is the people with all the knowledge and that looks likes they have ever thing together. So they look quit healthy. So now this shocking to me.
Remember don't get me wrong, i don't say we must now shift our mindsets to them now. So now i know people from the Labour Department and i applaud them for what they at the one at Bel ville. I'm working in the community them to get work I'm currently employing people for the shop rite warehouse in Montague,brakenfel. Pick n Pay warehouse at the airport. so now we employ people and obviously you cant see through if they have a criminal record. I have to take them on there word then i found out that they lied so that means that they cant work they because they have criminal record because we have to do crime check.
Were Labour Department Freda Champher is the Director comes in to help the criminals giving me a letter to the police to help those the did just to short out and those that didn't to put them into program to help them and me that is working with them as well. They are not ready to go work because they wore not in jail they did petty crimes and they are going to it again if they go work. I thank them for helping our community. I'm not working but at least i will get money to transport them hopefully getting a job out of this I'm doing while in at and at the moment disabled but i don't let my situation get me down or maybe get myself an NPO number.Now lower crimes will take place in our community.
The police is happy that we are doing this.

I want to travel the world
My name is Charmaine Wepener I'm 54 years old and i would like to travel the world.
I'm a mother and a wife I have four beautiful daughters I do not work i'm unemployed travelling has always been my dream but I never had the time or chance to do it my daughters are all grown up so i don't have small children to worry about so now I can travel I have only been to Durban a couple of time because my family lives there I want to experience how it is to travel in an International airline I want to live in hotel room. be treated like a queen shop till i drop meet people and just have a blast on my own.
I believe my dream will come true through my hard work I've done I need a break and need to get spoiled.

knowing that i would not fail i would achieve all my dreams,not saying that i am not following my dreams,but one does get despondent when life do not go accordingly.surely challenges will come our way to see if one can endure no matter what life throws at you.i would be successful and be my own boss.i believe ones put on earth to be prosperous, successful and abundently.everythang is possible weather one fail or not.

First job interview in thirty years
My name is Venise Smith and I would like to give you a glimpse of my interview I had today
I worked at Nedbank for thirty years and stopped working last year October because I felt that there was more to life than banking. I desperately wanted to follow my heart.
Everyone was disappointed and felt that that I should continue to work, but I wanted none of that.
I told them that I would still help by doing temporary assignments should they need me.
Well they called me and told me to come for an interview because someone was gong on maternity leave..... well I must tell you that it was my first interview in thirty years. it was such a shock to my system...I told myself: girl, you can do this....just be yourself. I was confident, spontaneous and up for the challenge.Two managers interviewed me...they had everything on paper....all the questions...I had no idea what it would all entail.....I answered each question and described each scenario they gave me.
I must tell you that I quite enjoyed the interview and needless to say they were quite happy with the outcome.
The most important lesson I learnt out of this experience is that you just need to believe in your self otherwise no one else will

if i never heard the word failure it would be my education doing a degree in what my heart desired to do since a little girl.getting married with the one that u want to spend the rest of your life with.having kids and being able to give them everything that they deserve.no trials and tribulations''life is a bed of roses''.going places meeting people doing new things just being free no worries but this is not possible u have to go thru all of these things but with the help of a higher power it will seem all possible taking one step at a time that higher power is god thru him anything is possible so believe in yourself 'let no one and anything stand in your way of what u want to become and achieve in life

holy journey to Mecca
Myname is ZIDA petersen and this is my personal experience on a journey a very holy journey to Mecca.
one day on a train journey with a friend a very emotional feeling came across me. I felt as if someone spoke to me to make a decision that changed my life. It was a spiritual decision and it made me become a much better person in the sense that i decided to help people in which ever way i could.
It also made me feel humble and couldn't thank God enough to grant me that opportunity. I went on a trip to Mecca and there I saw the whole world in different types of nationalities. It was like a United Nations everybody was there for one purpose and one purpose only to fulfil their l ife's dream of serving God. This journey is known as the Hadj and is one of the five pillars of islam.

How did i come in south Africa.
my reason to be here in south Africa to play volleyball. my problem it was the language coming french country to english country.communication very important .the second one to learn the place mean find accommodation,shop,road,etc... the people to direct u. it was very funny far from your home ,yourself it no easy,to to start a new life alone.

Hello WORLD!!!!
My name is Mischke Davids, i'm an 18 year old girl from the dusty streets of the Bridgetown community.
I am truly passionate about dance, and firmly believe that my duty in this lifetime is to serve others.
All that i really seek out of life is happiness, to see others smile because of an impact that I've made in their life/lives.
So this being my very first post,my title will be....

im driving my bus

Pro-football Failure
What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not FAIL
The year 1963, attending Zonnebloem Boys School in District Six, Cape Town. The school had quite a good crop of soccer players. At that time I represented the school in the under 11 age group.
We played our soccer at the Green Point Common. That's where the Cape Town Stadium is now situated.
On a particular Tuesday afternoon we were challenging another school. Little did we know that the representatives of Tottenham Hotspurs Football Club (London, U.K.) were spectators. The Spurs team had visited the country that year and played friendlies against the local pro-teams.
The following day at school the sports master came around to the classroom with a list of the players to go for trials with Spurs. I was one of the lucky ones.
Thinking that I wouldn't make the grade, I didn't attend the trials.
Now, if I had known I wouldn't FAIL, I probably would've been a full time professional player in England today.
'Nuff said !!!!!

today i am going to talk about unwanted pregnancies and abortions.
a few years ago government declared abortions legal in south africa.
i find it cruel sad and unhuman to terminate a new born baby;
i also believe that teenagers shouid not engage in sexual activities and
rather concentrate on their schooling.it is a pity that more and more young females fall into this cycle.
my believe is ;if you do not want to fall pregnant abstain from sex.

My name is Shireen and i am a member of Rape Crisis Cape Town Trust. I joined the organisation in 2011. I have made it a prayer request to My God to allow me to stumble upon what he has planned for my life.
I thank God for where i am right now, because it feels as if i have somehow, someway found some meaning to my life. By that i mean we have so many broken, battered and abuse woman walking into our doors and i am the first contact to welcome them into our safe space and have a chat with them. That is when the real work starts for me, that is the platform i have to minister to them and to let them know that no matter the hurt and pain they are going through right now, all you need to know is that everything will be alright in time and that, God loves you and He will never leave you and he will never forsake you. When the question arises that why did God allow this to happen to them, all i can say is that it is stated in the living word that the Lord let the son rise on the righteous and the unrighteous. We really do not have any control over only good things to happen. For that i am very grateful and i feel that at least i have planted a seed and somehow i think left an footprint in that survivors life.
I take my hat off to those woman who have the courage to seek help and start on their road to recovery. I salute the staff and volunteers at Rape Crisis for their dedication and passion for making a difference in a wounded soul.

My Family and my hobby

I am a 47years old widow with 2 beautiful teenage daughters, Zaaidah 16 and in gr 9, and
Naeelah 18 and in matric. I lost my husband 13 years ago. He drowned in PE, while on tour
with the school he was teaching
So being the eldest of 10 children, their was always cooking and baking going on in the
kitchen. Thats where my love for cooking and baking started, and being the eldest i had to

The reality

Working and staying in the community is really challenging. Your energy level can easily go from 10 to zero. People always always see me as a strong person but it is only through the grace of God that i am able to assist. Most of the time it is elderly people that i can help.
I am part of a group called Triple G (general gymnastic group) wich is a dancing group. I have been part of the South African thrice already. I love what i am doing and is also part of my me time on a Wednesday evening. Walking is one of the the other things that i like to do.That is one of the ways you can admire the view.

So if you ever go out with your family for a day visit make sure you plan plan plan!!!!!!
Rule no 1
Be prepared! especially if you taking out your young ones
Rule no 2
Always make sure you have their favourite toy or blanket near by
Rule no 3
Always have their bottle with(should been a no 1 rule)
Rule no 4
Take some extra clothes with for them
Rule no 5
Do not forget a extra pair of clothes for them they like rubbing their dirty hands from there clothes
Rule no 6
Do not forget a extra pair for yourself !
Rule no 7
Kids always gets hungry when they go out,always take extra money with(they will be on a sugar rush)
Rule no 8
Kids tend to explore while the out and about,ask them what do they see and what kind of transport they see
Rule no 9
Kids love to be at places they seen on tv(Mcdonalds,Kfc etc etc)so pop in there
Rule 10
Try to avoid places that sells toys.No kid wants want to leave empty handed (they always take the most expensive toys

Being a single mom of a 15yr old son,trying to make a living for the two of us in this tough competitive country that is so full of corruption and crime is very tough.You have to be stong and positive at all times.
Working in the fashion industry can be tough,challenging and very competitive,but if u know your job and your worth then it becomes easier.
Weddings,matricballs,corporate functions and graduations always calls for a new and different outfit,but finding a style and colour to suit the client is not always easy.
Creating the perfect outfit is a challenge,but having a passion for your job always helps you through.
So with this year only at its begining I look forward to a challenging year ahead.
