Criminal Records

Hi, my name is Jo-lene Moses i was very sad today. I'm helping out at the Labour Department for the unemployed in order to help our group at our Resource Centre. And I'm amazed how many people have fear of what they have on record. I always Thoth that is the people on drugs that is a disturbance or destroying our train lines and stealing our globes.I found out today is the people with all the knowledge and that looks likes they have ever thing together. So they look quit healthy. So now this shocking to me.

Remember don't get me wrong, i don't say we must now shift our mindsets to them now. So now i know people from the Labour Department and i applaud them for what they at the one at Bel ville. I'm working in the community them to get work I'm currently employing people for the shop rite warehouse in Montague,brakenfel. Pick n Pay warehouse at the airport. so now we employ people and obviously you cant see through if they have a criminal record. I have to take them on there word then i found out that they lied so that means that they cant work they because they have criminal record because we have to do crime check.

Were Labour Department Freda Champher is the Director comes in to help the criminals giving me a letter to the police to help those the did just to short out and those that didn't to put them into program to help them and me that is working with them as well. They are not ready to go work because they wore not in jail they did petty crimes and they are going to it again if they go work. I thank them for helping our community. I'm not working but at least i will get money to transport them hopefully getting a job out of this I'm doing while in at and at the moment disabled but i don't let my situation get me down or maybe get myself an NPO number.Now lower crimes will take place in our community.
The police is happy that we are doing this.
